  2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various forms of online payment, as indicated on our website.
  3. Pricing: Our pricing is transparent and flat-rate, varying based on the time of day (Standard, After Hours, Overnight). Prices are clearly displayed on our website.

4. 60-Minute Dispatch Guarantee

We guarantee dispatch of a licensed technician within 60 minutes of confirmation of technician assignment. The 60-minute clock begins once the technician assignment is confirmed. If we fail to meet this guarantee, the service charge will be refunded.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued if we fail to meet our 60-minute dispatch guarantee. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and credited back to the original method of payment.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

IMHOTNOW.COM acts as a dispatch service and is not responsible for the quality of work performed by the independent HVAC technicians. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the services provided by the technicians. Any issues or disputes regarding the service provided should be resolved directly with the technician.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services in a responsible and lawful manner. You must not:

  • Use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
